If you are in a mental health crisis

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, it is important to seek help immediately. Mental health professionals and crisis helplines are available around the world to provide urgent support, guidance, and assistance. This post lists contact details for many organizations globally who can help with how you are feeling and connect you with further support. Please remember that you are not alone, and help is just a phone call or text away.

One thing that has always been such an encouragement to me, especially on my harder days and after my own crisis moments, is that the crisis always passes. I have seen that whatever I am going through, no matter how hard, or deep the depression; at some point (and sometimes I have needed professional help like medication or therapy to help get there) I get through to the other side, and I no longer feel the way I did. I have full confidence that whatever you may be feeling, that there is a way through and at some point this crisis or harder season in your life will pass. Please don't hesitate to use the information below to access the help you could need to get through this time.

If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact a mental health professional or the emergency services listed below for your country. Your mental well-being is important, and there are people ready to help you through this difficult time.
